A. General terms and conditions for purchasing/changing/returning tickets and attending events at the SYNERGEIO Cultural Space
These terms and conditions govern the attendance of the event for which a ticket fee has been paid, within the theatrical and other facilities of the SYNERGEIO Cultural Space. They do not concern and do not apply in the event of purchasing a ticket for any performance that is on tour or through any available live Streaming or Video On Demand service.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Before proceeding with your reservation, you must accept them.
1. Tickets
Tickets are sold under the following terms and conditions:
– Please check dates and times before finalizing your reservation, as it is not always possible to correct errors.
– Your ticket must be presented for entry.
– We reserve the right to limit the number of tickets per purchaser.
– In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative seating.
2. Resale
– Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale for profit or through unauthorized sellers.
– Tickets resold in violation of these terms will be voided.
– Repeat offenders may be barred from future purchases.
3. Changes and Returns
– Ticket returns are not accepted after purchase and payment. All spectators must keep their ticket stub until the end of the performance and show it when leaving and returning to the theater.
– Ticket changes to another date are permitted up to 24 hours before the event in any way (telephone – box office – e-mail).
4. Events and Cancellations
– In the event of postponement or cancellation of the event, you can transfer your ticket to another date or receive a full refund.
– In the event that for any reason the event is canceled, including the case of cancellation due to extreme weather conditions, a pandemic or for reasons of force majeure that do not allow it to take place, there will be an announcement for its repetition at the same venue with the same tickets. In this case, ticket refunds are not accepted. If the event is definitively canceled, there will be an announcement on the method of refunding the ticket price.
– SYNERGEIO Cultural Space is not responsible for any other costs you may have incurred in connection with your visit.
– Filming, videotaping and recording of the event, as well as the use of mobile phones, is prohibited. Devices must be in flight mode throughout the event.
– The WORKSHOP Cultural Space reserves the right to photograph and/or videotape the event and/or members of the audience for promotional or archiving purposes. In the event that this is planned, you will be informed in advance. By consenting to attend the event, you agree to be photographed or videotaped as a member of the audience and consent to the use of the resulting material for commercial distribution, publication and communication of the WORKSHOP, without payment or claim of any intellectual property rights. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform a member of the team who will be present.
– Any complaints regarding a ticket holder’s seating or the ability to attend the event should be made immediately to the theatre staff, either before or during the event and in any case not after it has ended. In exceptional cases, there will be the possibility of providing alternative seats to those indicated on the ticket.
5. Entrance and Security
– SYNERGEIO Cultural Space reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors under specific circumstances. Specifically, we ask our visitors to behave with respect and courtesy towards the staff, artists and other visitors.
– Small bags are allowed in the SYNERGEIO area, which can also be stored in the cloakroom, subject to availability. Bulky luggage/suitcases are not allowed and cannot be stored in the cloakroom.
– Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
– Pets are prohibited from entering all areas of the theater, except for service dogs.
– The organizers are not responsible for accidents or damage to material objects that may result from inappropriate behavior of the audience.
– Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the theater.
– The consumption of food & beverages is only allowed in the foyer area of the SYNERGEIO.
– In case of your arrival at the venue after at the time indicated on your ticket, you may be allowed entry during a break deemed appropriate by our staff, but the WORKSHOP cannot guarantee attendance at the event.
6. Spectator Obligations
– Spectators are required to comply with all applicable regulatory requirements.
– Any violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.
B. General Terms of Use of the Website and other services that may be provided by the WORKSHOP Website Cultural Space
1. General Terms of Use
1.1 These general terms of use of the website (hereinafter referred to as “the General Terms of Use”) govern the use of the website owned and managed by the Joint Theatre Company under the name “SYNERGY CULTURE SPACE OE” (hereinafter referred to as “SYNERGY”), which is headquartered at 22 Economou Ex Economon Street, 41223, Larissa, Greece, has Tax Identification Number 802417988 and is subject to the Tax Office of Larissa, (contact phone number: 2411 812432). The website is accessible via the electronic address https://synergeio.eu/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), with the aim of providing information to the user (hereinafter referred to as “the User”) regarding the operation of the SYNERGEIO, the performances, events, educational programs it implements and its actions in general, as well as for the provision of services that may be provided through the Website (such as e.g. electronic ticket payment).
1.2 By visiting the Website, it is evident that the User has read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use. Therefore, the User’s stay on the pages of the Website and the use of any information provided to him/her implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms of Use.
1.3 The WORKSHOP collects and processes User data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Policy as in force at any time and is posted at the link ______ (or below). The above Personal Data Protection Policy is an integral part of this and therefore, the User’s stay on the pages of the Website and the use of any information provided to him, implies unconditional acceptance, in addition to these General Terms of Use, and the Personal Data Protection Policy of the WORKSHOP.
2. Amendments – Discontinuation
2.1 The WORKSHOP is entitled to amend the General Terms of Use at any time in accordance with applicable legislation. Subsequent use of the Website by the User implies acceptance of these amendments.
2.2 The WORKSHOP is entitled to modify the content of the Website, to add or remove information and data, as well as to temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the Website, when it deems it necessary or prudent.
2.3 The User is informed through the relevant web pages of the Website of any modification and temporary or permanent discontinuation of the operation of the Website.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
3.1 The WORKSHOP makes every effort to ensure that all content and information or other data appearing on the Website are characterized by accuracy, clarity and correctness, are updated and remain accessible to the User. In no case, however, does it provide any guarantee and consequently is not liable for any damage, positive or negative, that may be caused to the User by the use of pages or the content of the Website.
3.2 The WORKSHOP has taken all necessary measures, as provided for by applicable legislation and international practices, for the high level of security and protection exclusively of its own system. The WORKSHOP undertakes the obligation to upgrade the protection systems of the Website and to have anti-virus programs. However, the WORKSHOP cannot guarantee the absence of viruses and is not liable in the event of damage to the equipment, software, files or other damage to the User, which is caused by a virus.
4. General Obligations of the User
4.1 The User accepts, agrees and covenants that he will make lawful and appropriate use of the Website in accordance with the General Terms of Use, the applicable Specific Terms of Use and the instructions of the SYNERGY, which are posted on the pages of the Website and will not use the Website to commit any illegal act.
4.2 The User must comply with all obligations provided for by applicable law, including, expressly and specifically, the Intellectual Property law.
5. Hyperlinks (Hyperlinks)
The SYNERGY, solely for the convenience of its Users, may post hyperlinks on the Website, which lead to third-party websites, the content of which is formed under their exclusive responsibility and is not controlled by the SYNERGY. Consequently, the SYNERGY cannot be held responsible for the content of these websites, as the SYNERGY does not carry out any control over them and does not maintain any relationship with their owners. Similarly, it does not provide a guarantee to the User as to the quality or correctness of the information contained therein.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 The use of the Website and its content (hereinafter referred to as “the Content”) by the User does not create any form of right in favor of him/her over texts, photographs, trailers, videos, other visual, audio or audiovisual works, elements, titles, images, graphics, names, trademarks, logos, software and in general all elements that appear (or in the case of software, are incorporated) on the Website, the sole and exclusive beneficiary of which is the WORKSHOP (and/or any third party beneficiaries or licensors of the WORKSHOP).
6.2 Any copying, retransmission, publication, public display, translation, compilation, adaptation, release, public display, deletion, reproduction, uploading, storage, commercial use or exploitation, rental, sale, lending, concession and provision to third parties with or without consideration, imitation or falsification of the Website and the Content, in any way, in part or otherwise, in any form and by any means, is strictly prohibited.
6.3 In any case of infringement or threatened infringement of intellectual property or related rights, including the special rights of the manufacturer of the database, the SYNERGY as well as third parties, the above persons may, as the case may be, claim the imposition of civil, administrative and criminal sanctions against the person who has infringed or is about to infringe the above rights, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
7. Purchase of a Ticket via the Website
7.1 This article 7 of these general terms of use concerns and refers to the User’s ability to issue an electronic ticket via the SYNERGY website.
7.2 As for the physical purchase of a ticket (e.g. through a cashier), for the electronic purchase of a ticket, the “General terms and conditions for the purchase/change/return of tickets and attendance of events at the SYNERGEIO Cultural Space” (link) apply.
8. Applicable law – Jurisdiction
8.1 These General Terms of Use, including their amendments, are governed by Greek law.
8.2 SYNERGEIO wishes any disputes that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and application of these General Terms of Use to be resolved amicably and out of court. In this context, the User may in any case contact SYNERGEIO directly at 2411 812432 and the email address info@synergeio.eu. Otherwise, any difference from these terms falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Larissa.
C. Personal Data Protection Policy of SYNERGEIO Horos Cultismou

2.3 Data collected in the context of purchasing a ticket and physically attending an event at the premises of the SYNERGEIO Cultural Space as well as data that may be collected in the context of visiting the space for educational and related reasons
In the context of selling tickets by telephone, through the theater box office or through another method and point of sale, the SYNERGEIO Cultural Space may collect limited personal information of the person who wishes to make a reservation or other transaction in this way.
It is clarified that in the event that an identity card or other document is required to certify the holder of a reduced ticket (e.g. unemployed, student, etc.), or to certify the holder of a personalized invitation, the specific document is simply shown at the venue’s cashier, without the WORKSHOP recording, storing and maintaining in an electronic or physical file any information contained in any such identification document.
The WORKSHOP Cultural Space collects and processes the above data as indicated in the table below.

Name and surname of members of the Organization or Institution who will visit the theater or attend the performance.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
We collect your Data for the following purposes and with the relevant legal bases for processing explained below:
(a) To provide you with the requested service (Legal Basis: execution of a contract/provision of a service, article 6 par. 1(b) of the GDPR). Specifically, in the above case, the purpose of the processing refers to the provision of the service you have requested, such as e.g. booking/purchasing a ticket, conducting an educational visit, attending a performance by members of organizations and institutions, etc.
(b) For the protection and security of our facilities (Legal Basis: pursuit of legitimate interest, Article 6 par. 1(f) of the GDPR).
(c) For the observance of hygiene and safety measures, protection and safety of spectators, the arrangement of seats within the theater, for the observance of health and other rules as and where required [Legal Basis: compliance with a legal obligation of the Controller (Article 6 par. 1 (c) of the GDPR), safeguarding the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Article 6 par. 1 (d) of the GDPR, and/or the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, Article 6 par. 1 (e) of the GDPR]
(d) For our communication with you and for informing you regarding any postponement or cancellation of the performance, or for other reasons related to the services you requested, for any refund of your money and in general for issues related to the services you requested or received and for their processing. Furthermore, to inform you about any outbreak and facilitate contact tracing and/or your personal protection (Legal Basis: performance of a contract/provision of a service, Article 6 para. 1(b) of the GDPR and/or safeguarding the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person, Article 6 para. 1(d) of the GDPR and/or fulfillment of a task carried out in the public interest.
(e) To organize our business, record and serve our customers and partners, improve our services as well as to extract anonymous statistical data regarding the use of our services and monitor our performances (Legal Basis: pursuit of legitimate interest, Article 6 para. 1(f) of the GDPR).
